Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with TITO'S HAUTE INC ("we," "us," or "our"). We take pride in providing high-quality jewelry pieces to our valued customers. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making your purchase.


1. General Return and Exchange Terms

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law. We offer exchanges only, subject to the terms outlined herein.

By completing a purchase with TITO'S HAUTE INC, the customer ("you," "your," "buyer") agrees to the terms stated below.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Time Frame: Customers have up to three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to initiate an exchange request.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, in their original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

  • Inspection Requirement: All items returned for exchange are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance Department.

  • Damage Responsibility: If any damage is detected upon inspection, the customer is liable for the full cost of repairs necessary to restore the item to its original condition. Repair costs will be assessed and communicated before processing the exchange.


3. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please:

  • Contact our Returns Department at titoshautefashion@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • Include your order number, a detailed reason for the exchange, and clear photographs of the item.

  • Await authorization and return instructions before shipping any item back.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.


4. Shipping for Exchanges

  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs for exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend insuring the package for its full value and obtaining a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

  • Packaging: Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

  • Custom-made, special order, or personalized items.

  • Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired by a third party.

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotional events.

  • Items not returned in their original condition.


6. Processing Time

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • If the item meets all conditions, an exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • If repairs are necessary, processing will be delayed until repairs are completed and associated costs are paid in full by the customer.


7. Exchange Value

  • The value of the exchanged item must be equal to or greater than the original purchase amount.

  • If the exchange item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference before the item is shipped.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address) are not eligible for a refund and will be subject to additional shipping fees if reshipment is requested.


9. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

TITO'S HAUTE INC reserves the right to deny exchanges or service to any customer found to be abusing our return policy or engaging in fraudulent behavior, as determined at our sole discretion.


10. Legal Disclosures

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States.

  • In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this policy, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • By purchasing from TITO'S HAUTE INC, you agree to waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against us.


11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend or update this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
